Acceptable Use Policy

Loupely Lens is built for diagnosing CSS problems on websites you have authorization to inspect. That includes your own sites, client sites you manage, and any site where you have the owner’s permission.

Because Lens works on any public website without requiring installation, the authorization question is different from Loupely’s. Running Lens on a public website to understand its CSS structure is generally within acceptable use. Running it to reverse-engineer proprietary design work for commercial replication isn’t.

What you agree not to do #

  • Use Lens captures to reverse-engineer or replicate proprietary CSS systems without authorization.
  • Attempt to extract or decompile Loupely Lens’s diagnostic model or origin classification system.
  • Resell access to Lens diagnoses without a written agreement with Loupely.
  • Provide false information on your account or to support.

Violations can result in account suspension or termination without refund.
