DMCA Policy

< 1 min read

The DMCA provides a process for copyright holders to request removal of infringing content from online platforms and for the content poster to respond.

Submitting a notice #

If you believe content on loupelylens.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@loupelylens.com. Your notice needs to include a description of the copyrighted work, the specific URL on loupelylens.com where the infringing content appears, your name and contact information, a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, and your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next #

When a valid notice is received, Loupely reviews the content and, if the claim appears valid, removes or disables it. The content poster is notified and has the right to file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3).

Counter-notices go to the same address. Repeat infringers have their access terminated.
