The Lens free trial #
New Loupely Lens users get 7 days of unlimited diagnoses with no card required. The trial starts on your first diagnosis, not on account creation or installation. After 7 days, a Lens Annual plan is required to continue diagnosing. See How the Free Trial Works for the full details.
How renewal works #
Plans renew automatically after 12 months at the then-current price. You can cancel any time through the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges and doesn’t remove access during the paid period. Your diagnosis access continues until the end of the 12 months you already paid for.
Refunds #
Lens Annual purchases are refundable if the request is made within 14 days of the purchase date and fewer than 5 diagnoses have run on the account. See Refunds: When You’re Eligible and How to Request One for the full policy.
