Loupely LLC is incorporated in Pennsylvania. Disputes arising from use of Loupely Lens or any other Loupely service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute resolution #
If a dispute can’t be resolved through support, contact legal@loupelylens.com with the details in writing. Loupely responds within 10 business days and works toward informal resolution before formal proceedings.
When informal resolution isn’t possible, disputes are handled through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules. Qualifying claims can go to small claims court instead. Class actions are waived: your dispute with Loupely is handled as an individual matter.
