Loupely Lens free trial #
The 7-day free trial is not a purchase, so there’s nothing to refund. If you started a trial and decided not to subscribe, no action is needed. The trial simply expires after 7 days.
Annual plans #
Lens Annual purchases are refundable if the request is made within 14 days of the purchase date and fewer than 5 diagnoses have run. Both conditions apply. After 14 days or 5 diagnoses, whichever comes first, the purchase is outside the refund window.
The 5-diagnosis threshold gives you enough Lens diagnoses to evaluate whether it’s solving your CSS visibility problem. If after 5 diagnoses it’s not the right tool for your situation, that’s what the window is for.
How to request a refund #
Email support@loupelylens.com with your account email, the plan purchased, and the purchase date. The team confirms eligibility and processes the refund. Refunds return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
